lovelovelove: Monument Valley “Round and Round”

Today is a bit gloomy here in Philadelphia, but no one’s mood here seems to reflect that today. It seems that everyone is super stoked that it is almost the weekend, including me. I can’t wait to hang out with my best friend Jess tonight and catch up on everything she has been doing. Tomorrow my best friend from NY Brittany is coming to Philly, and after our dancing fiasco last week I can’t wait to show her all the fun Philly has to offer. I adore this song by Monument Valley! “Round and Round” is so absolutely lovely and perfect for today…it reminds me of daydreaming and who isn’t for the weekend today??

lovelovelove: The Cast of Cheers “Family”

My friends and I are always talking about starting a band. We all sing, I love to harmonize and can play a mean tambourine. Dylana can play keys, Natalie guitar, and our friend CJ thinks she can pick up drums pretty swiftly. I also am teaching myself how to play bass. We were thinking of a band name, and after our “The Last Peach” seemed to be taken by a 90s band, we felt all good band names were taken. I love finding bands with incredible music, but when they have a super creative band name as well it’s like the cherry on top of the cake. The Cast of Cheers has to be one of the best band names I’ve heard in a while, and I absolutely adore this song “Family”. The Cast of Cheers are from Dublin and aren’t currently signed.
