My American dream is for Orlando Higginbottom (Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs) to marry me. Until then, check out the absolutely sick new video for his track “American Dream Part II” which is beautiful, fun, glittery and absolutely brilliant, like everything he does. The video looks like it was so fun to be in, let alone make. Since they covered everyone in glue and then threw confetti on them, I’m sure it definitely was as fun as it looks! I saw Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs live for the first time in NYC a couple weeks ago and it was incredible. I did notice he was missing his dino-dancers on during his American show, and I have to say I am available if you need me. Dreamy Australian two-piece DZ Deathrays recently released their debut full-length album Bloodstreams through 3|4 and an epic music video for their single “Dollar Chills”. Following the release of the new album, DZ Deathrays are going on tour through the U.S. with Bass Drum of Death this June and July. The tour starts in Birmingham, Alabama, and hits Philly on June 10th at Johnny Brenda’s!!! The tour extends through the country with the final date in Los Angeles, California on July 6th. I am so stoked to get to see both DZ Deathrays and Bass Drum of Death live in one room, let alone one of my favorite venues in Philly, Johnny Brenda’s. It’s definitely a show not to miss!
