I am absolutely obsessed with this girl power DIY-pop trio from Liverpool. Their song “Genevieve” is a mystical 70s hippie and mod dream, with gorgeous vocal harmonies and addicting guitar and drums that make it impossible not to dance. Their debut record, Into The Diamond Sun became available Monday (UK) (Tuesday 8/27 US) through Heavenly Recordings / Cooperative Music on CD, digital download, and limited glitter vinyl (!!! someone send me one!!!). I have to get my hands on at least two copies of that glitter vinyl, one to play endlessly and one to hang on my wall. These chicks are rad, I just bought a ticket to London over New Year’s and I hope I get to see some bands like this live while I am there!
