I am obsessed with this song from The Mynabirds! “Generals” is the title track from their album out now on Saddle Creek Records. I love the gritty rock n roll sound paired with the badass female vocals of Laura Burhenn that makes up The Mynabirds sound. This song makes me want to run around and wreak havoc more than I already usually do. The Mynabirds are based out of Omaha, Nebraska and are about to embark on a tour with Okkervil River this month. Sadly, they will not be passing through Philly, so make sure you check them out for me in at a city near you!
