years & years

Years & Years are on their way to having an excellent 2015, and deservedly so. Each stellar new release from the band has fans eagerly anticipating the release of their debut album. Years & Years new single “King” (out March 1st!) is a dark, dance floor hit about a relationship on the rocks. With gut-wrenching lyrics and instrumentals that will make your body move, you’re broken heart will get the dance workout of a lifetime.

Years & Years are finally heading to the US to play two sold-out shows in NYC on Monday, January 26th at Le Poisson Rouge, and Tuesday January 27th at Rough Trade NYC in Brooklyn. If you were lucky enough to get tickets, make sure you tag us @mylifeinsound in any photographic or video evidence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Then, put your phone away and meet me on the dance floor.

Listen to “King” now below and make sure to follow Years & Years on Facebook, Twitter and Soundcloud.

late night listen xx: Years & Years “Real”

Years & Years

I am straight up obsessed with this new track “Real” from Years & Years. The London-based band have perfected the formula for a gorgeous blend of electronic, soul, and pop. I’ve had this song on repeat since I first heard it. Lucky for us, the band released an equally addicting new track “Eyes Shut” yesterday to add to the rotation. I can’t wait to hear more from Years & Years and am really hoping they tour the US soon so I can see them live.

At least come to Philly, guys…I will house you? Hell, you can move in as long as you play me music this breathtaking all the time.
