The Oakland dream team otherwise known as Weekend are leaving Oakland behind to join a bunch of your other favorite bands in the beauty of Brooklyn. To say farewell properly, they are having a special bon voyage show in Oakland, CA on September 15th at The Uptown. To greet their new neighbors (and probably recruit movers) they are having a special Brooklyn show on September 25th at Cameo Gallery! The band is currently working on their follow up record to their 2011 Sports LP, due out this Fall, so maybe you will hear some new tracks at the shows (fingers crossed!). Make sure you check them out if either show is near you. Welcome to the East Coast boys!!!
