June was a highly productive month for me musically. I explored a range of new albums, each unique in its own way. One day, I’d immerse myself in a pop album, and the next, I’d switch to an all-acoustic record. I believe that having a diverse musical taste not only keeps you updated with the music world but also fosters a deeper appreciation for music as a whole.
Each album had an experimental edge. For instance, Stryper, typically known for their Christian metal, ventured into acoustic territory, while Beyoncé, a pop superstar, explored country music with “Cowboy Carter.” Although pop isn’t my usual go-to genre, I respect artists who incorporate traditional instruments into their music. With just six months into 2024, it’s shaping up to be a memorable year for music.
