Preparing for Record Store Day for music nerds is like preparing for the Olympics. You do as much as you can to prepare, but there is know way of knowing how things go until day of. Philadelphia Record Stores are offering different selections of limited edition RSD 2015 releases and I thought I would make you a trusty list of a couple of my favorite records stores- including what time they open and where they are. Remember, just because a record shop opens at 9am, doesn’t mean there isn’t going to be a line around the block of eager music fans waiting to take the last copy of your favorite limited release album, so keep that in mind during your journey.
