When I heard Noel Gallagher was releasing a new album I was excited, but it wasn’t until I started hearing a few tracks from the album before it was released I became impatient. The new album, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds released this week and it is absolutely everything I hoped for. The rest of the record is just as awesome as the singles I heard from it. The album is a cohesive mixture of dynamic and beautiful sound, storytelling, and the epic vocals we know and love from Noel. Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds is on tour in the US and stops tonight in Philadelphia at the Academy of Music with another favorite, The Hours supporting. You can buy tickets here!
