Elephant Stone is the project of sitarist/bassist Rishi Dhir, one of the most noted sitarists in the psych rock world. He has played with Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Black Angels, Beck, and The Horrors. Elephant Stone have toured this year with The Zombies and The Black Angels and are now embarking on their headlining tour to promote their new, self-titled record out now! The record is definitely one of my favorites released this year and I cannot wait to see it performed live tonight at Kung Fu Necktie.
