Bombay Bicycle Club have been giving us some incredible sneak peaks at what is bound to be an epic new album, So Long, See You Tomorrow due out February 3rd in the UK and February 4th in the US/CA via Vagrant Records!
The band’s next single “Luna” is already one of my favorites. With epic instrumentals, especially the bass and drums throughout, next level vocals and syncopation from Jack Steadman, the song sounds like nothing before it. “Luna” doesn’t get old no matter how many times you listen to it (I think I gave the video most of it’s views on youtube) and can easily soundtrack your 2014 adventures.
Bombay Bicycle Club are never shy to spotlight incredible female backing vocals on their records, opening the world’s eyes to the brilliant Lucy Rose in the past, and this track is no different. I am completely obsessed with the backing vocals from Rae Morris, who I am hoping they bring with them on their recently announced US tour. The band has a heavy tour schedule that starts in February in Europe and ends in May in Houston, TX. Bombay Bicycle Club will be heading to Philadelphia on May 7th to play Union Transfer. I will most definitely be there, as it is one of the top shows I am looking forward to this year!! Tickets are $22 and on sale now here!
Like every new single from Bombay Bicycle Club “Luna” comes with a brilliant new music video directed by Anna Ginsburg! Check it out below:
