On August 2nd, 2024 British Rock band The Struts performed at The Fillmore in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with opener Barns Courtney as a part of their Pretty Vicious 2024 North America Tour. Both bands sounded amazing and brought a great performance with the perfect venue for this show!
The energy brought from both bands made the show far more entertaining and engaging for the audience – with singer Barns Courtney even taking a fan’s phone and recording a video with it on stage.
The crowd was buzzing as The Struts took the stage. Luke Spiller of The Struts made their performance very engaging as well, with crowd participation at a forefront: from having everyone shine the flashlights on their phones to encouraging the audience to shake their butts, major Austin Power vibes I must say. I shot in the photo pit on my 50mm f1.8 lens on a Sony A7IV and switched to my 70-200 f/2.8 for the rest of the show. The crowd brought great energy to match both artists and received an epic dance workout in return. This is a tour you don’t want to miss!
