Golf Alpha Bravo (GAB) is back on the road and playing NYC tonight!! GAB starts their tour off at Elsewhere in Brooklyn tonight with Maxband and Afghan Danse – get your tickets now via DICE!
GAB just released a new double single, featuring “Smoothie” and “Sail Away”, groovy, nostalgic tracks with guitars that will make you feel warm even in the coldest winter. GAB is the project of Gabriel Winterfield, who I’ve kept up with since first discovering his band, Australia’s Jagwar Ma. I saw them as many times as I could live. It’s always mesmerizing to watch someone who is a master of their craft, and GAB is electrifying in a live setting. I was lucky enough to catch GAB live in London at The Social in 2018 and my friends compared watching him play guitar to Jimi Hendrix. Now based in LA, GAB starts his tour tonight in NYC, with dates this week in San Diego and LA.
